(November 25, 2018, 5:41 am)just want to say that if you want a proper job pop in to kwik fit east grinstead went this morning just had to change one side bulb but unfortunately hallfords had broken the clip that supports the main head light and disconnected 3 cables that dint have to touch thanks to Ross and Nathan they just sorted me out proper professional and service conflagrations

(October 6, 2018, 7:53 am)I was pleasantly surprised to find such good service at a chain organisation. The mechanic (Paul, if I am remembering correctly) had only an intern to help him, and he was doing a really good juggling job of answering the phone, talking to customers in person, and changing tyres, all the while staying polite and friendly. I think it would be fair to say that he was handling a tough situation admirably. The wait was a little longer than normal, but that was understandable given the conditions under which he was working. I was satisfied with the work, and exceedingly happy with the overall service. I would recommend to friends, and will go back. Also, it was really easy to select my new tyres and pay online in advance.
