  We have just completed a total refurbishment of our bathroom. The team at The Bathing Machine, Sam, Jack and Joe have been a pleasure to do business with. They are friendly, helpful and have an excellent knowledge of the products on the market. We sourced all our bathroom fittings including our tiles from The Bathing Machine. They can supply the very highest quality products at competitive prices. The service we received was very professional and we were always kept informed on delivery dates etc. We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom. We cannot recommend The Bathing Machine highly enough. We received 5* customer service from a local family business. Thanks Sam, Jack and Joe for your patience and sense of humour.

  We were looking for a total refurbishment of our bathroom and were very happy with the service provided by The Bathing Machine. Informed and helpful advice given at the design stage with graphic examples provided of potential layouts. Good quality materials supplied with an efficient and friendly installation team to carry out the work. The end result was a stylish bathroom which satisfied all of our requirements. Thanks to everybody for a pleasurable experience.

  We popped into The Bathing Machine, a local shop in Caterham to check their bathroom range. We'd run into a family business who were very friendly and looked genuinely keen to address our needs. We felt immediately at ease with them as they spoke from experience in a very professional and courteous manner. We were already excited about the style and quality of the products on offer and so we decided we had come to the right place. Jack, was our designer and after visiting our home, he shortly created a design that reflected everything we always wanted. We had the pleasure of reviewing the design on screen and we placed the order before Christmas 2017. We then waited impatiently for the agreed commencement day of the works (May 2018). We were nicely surprised that the bathroom fitter gave us a phone call two-weeks before the scheduled date for works commencing. Paul is an experienced and professional bathroom fitter who also visited our home before the project start date to study the design implementation, anticipate any challenges and discuss our requirements in more detail. It then followed a detailed timetable and a team of different disciplines (tiler, plasterer, electrician, etc.). All of them worked to a very high level of detail, punctuality and diligence. All in all, we have had an excellent service throughout. The Bathing Machine kept us informed of the delivery of the main bathroom units and additional fittings. We received outstanding after sales service from Sam in the shop with regards replacing items from the original order as well as added value throughout to improve the design as it was being fitted. An overall smooth and efficient service done to a very high standard, on time and on budget, with excellent craftsmanship and a fantastic team who turned an important home project into a positive and rewarding experience for us. We’re delighted with our new bathroom and are grateful to The Bathing Machine and especially to Sam, Jack, Paul and his team for an amazing customer care. Best wishes.
