Raffles - Bespoke Kitchens Redhill

I just wanted to feedback what a good job Raffles did for my bathroom.

Carine and James guided me through the design process with good suggestions along the way and responded to queries throughout the process. Ivan was a great fitter and made sure throughout that I was happy with the progress and they all made sure to iron out any minor issues I had prior to finishing the job.

Im glad I trusted Raffles to guide me through an unfamiliar process and am delighted with the end result

Raffles are excellent. James and his team were conscientious and helpful through the planning and completion of our bathroom. We were complete first timers and had a tight budget but this was kindly considered and taken into account by James and Carine during the planning phase. During the execution of the project Raffles' fitters were courteous and intelligent in their approach. As soon as we can afford it we will be back to ask them to do our kitchen.

Forget BathStore, go to Raffles!

James and his team with a special mention of Konrad have just completed the design, supply and installation of 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. James in the design understood our needs completely and Konrad in the 5 weeks to complete the project demonstrated workmanship to the highest quality and can a installer ever be tidy ??? Oh yes Konrad was everyday. The pricing was exactly as per the quotations, and the couple of extras were at our request.

We are delighted with our new bathroom! Very high quality finish. Would recommend to anyone. James and his team are very accommodating. Thanks especially to Ivan for such a good job, plus Carine for the original design. We got several quotes from places like Wickes but wanted to go with a smaller, local company. We are glad we did. Price wise they were very similar but we are sure the service here was much much better.

I came to Raffles with a problem of water damage that had been caused to some of my kitchen units. Although James didn’t know me, and had nothing to do with the supply or fitting of my kitchen, he took my problem as if it were his own, giving thought as to how the damage might be rectified and who might best be capable of dealing with it. After consideration he put me in touch with a small firm who were able to do exactly what was required, and to a very high standard. For his time, and for his wealth of knowledge, he asked nothing in return. He is a man of the old school who knows how he would like things to be done, and for my next kitchen, Raffles will be my first call.
