The customer service was brilliant. Even though I have closer bike shops to where I live I will most definitely be returning in future.

The guys were amazingly helpful and friendly, especially as I just turned up out of the blue on a Saturday afternoon. I got offered a cup of tea and cake while I waited and was back on the road again within 30 minutes with a new rear wheel. Thanks!

(June 26, 2018, 6:17 pm)I have now purchased two child bikes and one adult bike. I can honestly say that the service they offer is unparalleled. Yes maybe the larger stores have great offers and lots of bikes in stock but they don't have the knowledge or experience these guys offer. The stock they hold is of exceptional quality, Whyte, Trek and more. They will never sell you a bike that is not suitable for you or to much money like other bike shops.
All I can say is if you need a bike for yourself or any of your family go and visit them you'll come out with a smile on your face. -

(June 18, 2018, 4:57 pm)Can’t recommend this shop highly enough. Customer service is second to none. Whilst on the London to Brighton bike ride someone drove over my Dads back wheel. Went to this shop on the off chance and they went out of their way to find a solution, letting us hire a wheel (not a typical request) and ensuring it would be the right fit for the bike. Many thanks to everyone in the shop, we couldn’t have finished the ride without you :-) Stuart
