Using the System Online prescription ordering service from the surgery always results in accurate filling of my prescriptions from Rowlands. Regularly delivered or available for collection well in advance of required date. Staff always polite and helpful, even with the non pharmaceutical services such as DPD parcel collection.
Rawlins does an enormously great service in this mainly rural area of Surrey where it is extremely difficult for Senior Citizens to get around and of course the very afflicted residents of the county who have a various illnesses which curtail their mobility. This is a free delivery service.
The staff are always very polite and in the last three years have always had my prescription to hand when I called in could not be bettered in my opinion.
