    I have trained with Gus for 2 years. Gus has motivated me to work hard and as a result I feel stronger and fitter. Gus is always focused on helping me achieve the best from my trainings session. Highly recommended.

    Simply the best PT I've trained with (and I've trained with quite a few).

    I've been training with Angus for close to six months now and the experience has far exceeded my expectations.

    From the moment I met Angus I felt at ease in his company, motivated and encouraged and safe in the knowledge that he was an experienced professional.

    I've gained strength, definition and fitness while never feeling bored or suffering injuries. Each session is different, but Angus also knows my likes and dislikes and uses them creatively. I never thought I would, but I actually look forward to training now.
