Yoga by Lizzie

Top fun. I'd never done yoga before my first 'practice' with Lizzie and right from the off she made me feel super relaxed and calm. Lizzie's really good at adapting the class to your level so you get the most out of it. Top tutor all round.

Lizzie is a great yoga teacher. She creates a calming aura and uses stretched that are both challenging and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Lizzie is a great teacher! She has been teaching me one to one for over a year and I can't be happier with the results. Her teaching has increased the confidence I have in my physical and mental abilities. I also feel much more relaxed and over time it has helped me switch off before bed. Her classes are very calming and set to lovely music. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her teaching to my friends and indeed I have!
