(April 12, 2018, 2:30 pm)Did a 1-2-1 pole fit session here with Kate today and it was great! The studio was a nice size with 2 different size poles to choose from. It was warm and was also nice & quiet. We went through a range of moves, adding to them into a routine and then put it to music when I felt confident. Kate was very supportive and I had a lot of fun!
(December 8, 2017, 11:48 am)Really enjoy Pole classes here. They offer group classes or more personal classes (1:1 or 2-3 people). Have a really nice structured syllabus and make sure you progress without straining yourself. Abbie is a wonderful teacher, would strongly recommended this studio over others.
