I have always found all the staff there to be friendly and knowledgeable.
The one time I was kept waiting for an appointment, the reception staff let me know, apologised and explained how long I might have to wait.
I feel lucky to have such a lovely GP practice round the corner from me!
I have never failed to get an appointment and have great faith in all the medical staff. I must say I've never known any of the receptionists to be other than polite and helpful. I wonder whether patients realise just how fortunate we are in Ashtead when I talk to my relatives in other parts of the UK.
