“Went into the Mini Dealership for new batteries for my keys, windscreen wiper fluid and a query about my squeaky wind screen wiper blades. Could not believe the beautiful experience from all the lovely staff. Even though they were short staffed because of holidays, nothing was too much trouble. In fact, the top man arranged for my car to be cleaned inside and out and fixed the wind screen fluid and blades himself! I sat in the waiting area and had complimentary cafe latte... I could have had biscuits if I had wanted. My car was purchased in another Mini dealership and I had been going there previously for things, so I was surprised that they would want to help me. I was expecting to have to go back to where I got it from. The lovely lady checked to see when my next service was due and informed me it was still under the service plan. I didn't know that... Happy days! Unbelievable, I have not had service like that for an awful long time. My next service is there... why would I go elsewhere! Thank you for improving my day!”

“Great physio practice. Attended 8 session here with Gennai to help with some upper back pain. She was friendly and knowledgeable and clearly communicated the probably causes to me. Using a number of treatments completely she worked to completely remove the pain. She then provided a lot of further useful information and exercises to use in the future to prevent recurrence. Highly recommended.”
