  Best fish supplies and merchant in Crawley, you pay for the great quality of stock. Full of knowledge and helpful advices. We have now got koi over 10 years old. Never can fault or been disappointed, even if I've just popped up to have a wonder and get ideas. Very relaxed

  Last September I bought a fluval aqua sky light bar to replace the original tubes it worked perfectly until last week so I took it back and they replaced it with the new upgrade smart model. It had only been fitted to my tank for 24 hours when it went wrong so I took it back and I saw Lewis and he could not have been more helpful he contacted hagon and got a replacement sent out next day. This kind of service is hard to find these day's so a big thank you from me and my fish who are a lot happier now they have a working light. I would recommend this shop to any one that needs anything aquatic

  Haven't been to WOW for a while and was surprised by how much it had changed. There's a lovely picnic area which is very peaceful and the gardens are beautiful. After we made our purchase of some tropical fish the staff gave my grandson some food to feed the Koi Carp which he loved. The tanks are lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. Highly recommend a visit.
