  All my previous experience has brought me here, probably the best training I've been involved with.
  A fluid approach to learning an ever evolving system.
  The instruction is easy to take in and is delivered in a professional manner.
  These guys definitely know what they are doing and have helped me increase my confidence in life 100 fold...

  Great section! Keith (head coach) and Steve (coach asystent) are very helpful guys. All instructions are clear and easy to follow. Great way of teaching with a doze of humour keep each training session really enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful student team with fantastic support for new members. Highly recommended!

  I've been training Cross Krav Maga for 2 years now, and have loved every minute. Not only does it provide you with realistic skills to defend yourself and loved ones, it's also a great workout. I've made some great friends along the way, and feel so much more confident than I did two years ago.

  Fantastic, realistic self-defence system suitable for anyone. A really welcoming atmosphere with no egos allowed. Everyone at the gym is super friendly and the instructors are brilliant. Definitely makes me feel more confident as a female when I am out and about.
  Rather than teaching a lot of complex moves which may be hard to remember under pressure, Cross Krav Maga teaches you a mind set: never give up, there is always something you can do!
  Try the free trial lesson and I think you will be hooked :)

  Excellent classes with extremely knowledgeable and helpful instructors. A good group of friendly people with no egos.
