  Agents - too much money in advance.
  
  Agents - the godforsaken parasites - charge you for frieking everything. Reference fees, admin etc. It's like they were actively trying to bankrupt me. I found Carryls an affordable place to stay, offering a good standard of accomodation, in a pleasant setting. It was valuable to me that such a company existed, else I would have struggled to move to the area to start my new job here.
  
  The people who run Carryls/ Fastlet are particularly friendly and easy to talk to. Special shout out to Tracey, who even managed to source some washing tablets for me, late at night.

  Carylls will be my home until my mew house is ready in a few weeks. i choose a one bedroom apartment, because a studio was nit big enough for me as I wanted to bring some of my belongings. I have been at Carylls fir nearly one months and it is exactly as Michael told me. It is quiet, peaceful with lively gardens.
  I have my own car parking space.
  
  I had just sold my house, my new house will not be ready for a few weeks. I looked for a shirt term holiday cottage, with private parking for my car, cooking and laundry facilities and no contracts.
  I found Carylls and it provided everything I need it - the open-ended stay, self-catering accommodations etc.
  My first impression of this beautiful house was the lovely gardens, the pease and quietness. It is not crowded. I am very happy here and I would recommend this place for the parents whose children study in a local private schools when they come overseas to visit them.

  My mother-in-law found Carylls Country House for me, as I was in a situation whereby I needed to find accommodation quickly. I was invited for a viewing; I met Michael the manager, very warm and genuine, who made me feel very welcome.
  The best thing for me, was Carylls is pet friendly, so I was allowed to have my dog stay. It is fantastic value for money, with all bills, broadband, inclusive, oven hob, all the essentials.
  
  I am leaving in two weeks time as I found a new property. My stay at Carylls has been a nice 14 weeks here in tranquil grounds, in a beautiful pond area with wildlife.
  
  I will definitely return if our needs change and I will most definitely be recommending Carylls.

  Title Sad to say goodbye to Carylls
  
  Due to personal circumstances I am leaving. Carylls has provided me with a lovely home. David and I have occupied Drake, number 19 where we have been very happy until David passed away. The staff and residents have been very supportive. I feel it's time to move on. Michael and I will always remain friends and I will remember my time at Carylls with much fondness.
  
  The Gardens and wildlife or beautiful. Carylls has a five acre landscape garden with mature trees that attract a lot of Wildlife. I loved the birds, squirrels, rabbits, pheasants and others coming to my door at all times of the day. I will miss this.
  
  I have left a bench in memory of David in the garden, and intend visiting and reflecting on our time at Carylls.

  Lucky Find-No Deposit
  
  The fact that they don’t ask for deposits and it is week by week let, gave us the confidence that we can walk away any time we like if we are not happy or if anything goes wrong. Months later Dan and I are still here at Carylls.
  
  We were quickly looking for accommodation due to a sudden change in our circumstances as our landlord in Horley was converting our apartment complex back to a house.
  
  We heard of Carylls Country House through a work colleague who was staying there and the added bonus for us was that they had a vacancy and there was no deposit.
  
  We rang and spoke with Michael the manager who not only arrange to meet with us promptly but also gave us a lift from the bus station.
  
  The service was really 110. % from the time we arrived. The grounds are breath taking; we viewed an apartment; Michael explained everything thoroughly in details but was not pushy at all. He really made us feel at ease and at home.
  
  We have been at Carylls for nearly 5 months now and don't plan on moving on as this is really our home.
  
  We only pay our weekly accommodation charges and top up our electric (about once a month). Our apartment is fully furnished with cooker, washer dryer, and all kitchen equipment, 24-hour broadband and lots more.
  
  Our condition is week by week stay and we are not tied down by any tenancy agreement. we feel we can relax knowing all bills are taken care of.
  
  We recommend Carylls to anyone: single person, couples and families with or without children and with or without pets. They don't charge for pets to stay.
  
  We feel that Carylls is perfect for us, the grounds are amazing to relax in. Michael and his staff do a great job, always on hand, happy to help and they go to great lengths in keeping such a wonderful establishment and grounds well attended. Such a lovely, warm, caring men who really leads by example.
