They found a gorgeous Spanish lady vet to see me earlier....she was so calm and lovely with my nervous dogs. Jess on reception was fantastic and helped me with setting up a care plan and phoned me immediately when she realised that I had left my let meds there....thank you! I love the atmosphere and the caring nature of the staff...thank you all! X

(October 15, 2018, 12:01 am)All staff friendly and helpful. Rob, your reptile specialist vet is fantastic. He clearly knew what he was doing and really put us both (bearded dragon) at ease. Can't recommend your services high enough. It's comforting to know there is a good reptile specialist available to us if needed

Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly vet, my dog didn't even flinch during the procedures that took place. I travel 20 mins to visit your practise as I have been so happy there I didn't want to change.

(May 24, 2018, 6:00 am)Had my dog registered here for many years. Although she had only been in a few times for a check up; the staff were always very friendly towards both human and animal. My dog had an operation here too and she was treated very well, staff are so supportive. Sadly we had her put down here too and I couldn't of wished it be to at a better place (other than home but that option was unavailable in this circumstance). We were given a quiet room away from other people and animals, the veterinary surgeon came over to us and explained in good detail how the procedure was going to happen. They were ever so nice, calm and understanding. No pressure, rushing or judgement. A great vet, your pet will be very good hands!
The only day side to this is that they threw away our dogs bed, despite having asked them to keep it to which they agreed to. After the op had been done, the Vet said we will call you in 3-5 days for you to come and collect her aches and bed. About a week or so later, no call was received so we rung them ourselves but during that time, they threw her bed and all her blankets so now we have nothing sentimental of our dog...
