“The flowers I sent my mum for her birthday were lovely, she was very pleased with them and was surprised at how big they were! I sent her the medium sized traditional bouquet. My only disappointment was that I ordered those flowers as she loves pink and roses, but the ones that arrived were completely different in colour (mostly purple and yellow) and in terms of the type of stems chosen (e.g. lillies when there were none in the photo). I knew that due to availability they may be changed but didn't expect them to be this different. In future I'd write in the comments box the colour and flower preferences as I admit that I didn't do this.”
