“Fantastic activity carefully thought out and lovingly implemented. Clare makes sure that all ages and abilities are catered for, while making sure the grown-ups get a work out too. The mix of yoga, story-telling and laughter made it the highlight of our week. I wasn't sure how much my shy 2 year old daughter would take in, but she loved it and practises all the poses at home too. 10 out of 10. I would recommend this to anyone.”

“I have been to lush for several beauty treatments and the service has always been of high quality. (5 star for the therapy ladies!) The gym has the standard equipment required for a reasonable workout. My only criticism (hence 4 stars) is the poor hygiene in the gym. This can be easily fixed. So please Lush - clean the gym and keep it clean, and I’ll give you a 5 star rating! Lockers for bags and jackets would also be useful.”

Mark is very down to earth and will say it how it is (none of this new age jumbo that is flying around). Mark's Gong baths are outstanding and we are blessed to have his company monthly at our studio. “I have been to her classes for Yoga which really helped my back alignment when sitting at a desk all day and really helped with my stress levels. I also tried her Indian head massage several times. “I don't go as often as I would like, but overall it's a very clean comfy gym up to date equipment, there free weights benches could do with upgrading though, haven't used the swimming pool and the sauna plus steam rooms yet. But very nice gym and I do recommend it, plus the members of staff are very helpful and polite.”
