“I had to take my dog to house and jackson out of hours at the weekend,a very nasty puncture on her nose with blood vessels damages. My phone call was answered promptly and politley and we met the vet at there surgury. Nothing was too much trouble for the vet or nurse. Loxie was operated on streight away which wasnt strieght forward due to 3 blood vessels needing to be sorted out. The bill was resonable concidering it was out of hours and op wasnt strieght forward. I took Loxie to be checked by Jane who as always was very efficient and informative. I would like to thank the out of hours vet and nurse very much for there help at the weekend. belinda ongar”

“Second time writing a review for Oaks Cattery.... I could not be happier or more grateful for Vicky and Oaks Cattery. She is such a lovely person and I feel so confident and calm leaving my cat, Coco with her. Of course I worry as Coco is timid and spoilt rotten but I know she will be ok at Oaks. I was unable to use Oaks Cattery the last time I went away as they were full and so I had to put Coco in a different cattery. I came home to a distraught and disheveled cat and it was awful, so upsetting. Luckily this week, Oaks had space! I was so relieved that I could leave Coco with Oaks Cattery and as the times before, I collected Coco and she is happy, groomed well and the picture of health! Thanks Vicky, I really appreciate you looking after my cat so well :)”

“A 5-star facility, set in beautiful, quiet surroundings. The suites are thoughtfully designed, and have that wonderful feel of 'home from home'. The place is spotlessly clean, fresh, and bright throughout, and I'd say, maintained to higher standards than some 'human' hotels! Our 2 cats recently stayed at the hotel for a fortnight, and on our return to collect them, they seemed hugely content and at home there - happy and purring - and it was obvious they'd formed a special bond with their temporary guardians! All testament to the fantastic staff at Lawlor who put you at ease from the moment you step into the hotel. Friendly, helpful, just wonderful people!”

“Left my kitten Theo at Banstead Cattery at short notice Brian was very obliging and managed to take him in, was very impressed with the cleanliness and organisation of the cattery and the large heated cat rooms. Was amazed how fresh it smelt considering the amount of cats boarded there, obvious that the litter trays were cleaned regularly. The cattery is in a lovely, large, quiet, peaceful garden. Collected Theo after 2 weeks and he looked great, relaxed and happy, and settled back with us at home with no problems. Brian and Jacky run a first class cattery and I would have no hesitation to leave my cat with them again very happy to have found them. Thankyou both from Lea & Steve Newton and of course Theo ????????”

“could not be happier that I have changed vets. Natalia came out for my first appointment and was so thorough and really took her time to check not only for the issues I have mentioned but all over and really listened to everything and asked a lot of questions around my horse like feed and other topics. The second time both Martin (the head of the vet surgery) and Natalia came out and took 2,5 hours to do nerve blocks on my cob and explained everything in detail to me, so I could really understand what was going on and why. In just the second appointment they pinned down the problem and in a third one we will find out how severe it is and they even do this without me being there as I was unwell. I am so happy all around and really feel they consider everything and aren't just interested in making money but to find the right way for both horse and owner. And I have to say that both Natalia and Martin are a pleasure to work with being so friendly and funny too.”

I was a little apprehensive about being away from my cat for two weeks whilst on honeymoon, but my worries soon disappeared once I met Sam and saw the lovely room Ollie, my cat, would be staying in. Sam often sent photos of Ollie and updated me on how he was doing, which was reassuring. Ollie was so relaxed when I picked him up!”
