“Purchasing a car with Angus Ray was effortless! He was friendly, helpful and attentive. He guided me through the process with ease and explained all the technical bits clearly and always asked if I had any questions. He was absolutely brilliant. He will definitely be my 1st port of call when I’m looking around for another car. I hope he is a valued employee at Smiths Renault Peterborough!”

“Just want to say a massive Thank you to Dan! We visited the showroom in March as I was interested in the Clio, we got given an opportunity to test drive the car and after coming back to the showroom we have decided to order the car. Dan has went through all the details with us including the monthly payment and when we can expect the car. Dan has kept us informed every few weeks about the car progress. We received a phone call at the beginning of June that the car was due to arrive early which we were very impressed about. We got given all the details necessary to sort out the car insurance earlier so the handover would be quick. On the pick up Dan has showed us around the car which was absolutely spotless! I absolutely love my new car and I’m so happy that we have decided to buy with the Cars2! There is nothing that could be improved with our experience!”

“I purchased my Renault kadjar on 21st April and Will Faulkner dealt with the purchase from start to finish. Will was extremely helpful and not pushy at all which I personally appreciated. Will was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all details of the purchase really well. Will kept me updated on progress and the car was delivered on time as promised. Really good experience thanks to Will Faulkner and I would definitely use this garage again. Will is a credit to you . Thank you”

“First time there for a service and i was impressed. The receptionist was very efficient upon handover of the key at 9am . I received an excellent detailed video from a Technician about the condition of the underside of the car. I also asked to pick the car up at 2pm , and at 2pm i got the call to say it was ready . Would really of liked to of given 5* , but dropped to 4 as they don't accept cash and at that point that's all i had on me . So i had to drive home again to pick up my card . Will know for next time .”

“We visited Motorvogue Renault in Bedford as we were looking for a new Clio as a second car to add to the family fleet. We arranged a test drive via their website, when we arrived we were greeted by Karina who was great and dealt with us very efficiently. After the test drive we decided we wanted to go ahead with the purchase. We already had a deal on the table from a competing Renault garage that we were happy with, so we shared this info with the Motorvogue team and they quickly agreed to match it so we pushed on with the purchase via Motorvogue as they were also more local to us. From arriving for a test drive to leaving the garage after making the new vehicle order it took us just over an hour which was great. Whilst we were waiting for our new car to arrive we were kept updated monthly by Karina. The car arrived earlier than expected which was great for us and Karina facilitated a smooth handover of the car once the car arrived with them. We had great, efficient service from Karina & the Motorvogue Renault Bedford team and we would recommend them to other customers in the area on the hunt for a new car.”

“After a bunch of bad sales and aftersales experiences with other traders, I'm cynical. But the experience with Desira Norwich was flawless. Zero hesitation about recommending their awesome team. Desira went out of their way to get me into the perfect used car and deliver it quickly, easily, and in the best condition. From start to finish, I enjoyed total peace of mind; the ad was accurate, questions were answered fully, and I was kept up-to-date, never left hanging. Totally worth the small premium on the price - unlike almost anywhere else I've encountered. Ed and the wider sales staff were super-friendly, accommodating, and seemed genuinely honest. I was treated as an individual, and every expectation I had was exceeded. Lucky to have discovered them - well worth two four-hour round trips from London! I'd have no qualms about sending a friend there or going back myself. Just sad you're not closer! Maybe I'll move to Norwich. Massive thanks to Ed and all the team.”

“We collected our new Stepway on Saturday 19th Feb and both my husband and myself love it. Every step of the way Gary Howarth has kept us informed and up to date and finally delivered a seamless handover and made us feel at ease with our new car. My husband had struggled with gear changes and needed an automatic. This vehicle is just what he needed. Thankyou so much also to James Connor and the Bolton team for everything.”

“My son filled out an application here. He was turned down because he didn't have any rental history. He has always lived with family and taken care of family. They wouldn't even give him a chance. They also said that he needed a co signer. That is bull. We are moving out of town so they would not let us co sign which is also bull. This would have been perfect for him. I would rather him live there than in Memphis.”
