“I made an urgent appointment through dialing 111 in the early hours of the morning and arrived to find myself the only patient in a brand new hospital. I was greeted by a doctor and seen immediately; earlier than my appointment time. The doctor and receptionist I saw were friendly, courteous and professional. I was diagnosed and given medication for tonsillitis and left the hospital feeling very happy and relieved. What a pleasant experience even though it was 5 in the morning. Thank you so much.”

“This is a great hospital, so lucky to have it here. It is not crowded, main attraction. Polite volunteers always at reception to help. We, the patients should appreciate what they do and as a minimum thank them; the don't have to volunteer. Staff great too. Blood test with minimal waiting time. I have been to other hospitals, difference is stark.”

“I have only ever found this practice to be helpful and polite, whether it be when calling or in person at reception. If staff say they will call you back with more information they do exactly that. Perhaps when you get an appointment with a doctor they tend to overrun by about 30 minutes but it's not such a big deal. All in all thank you for good service all round.”
