“Richard sat down and talked to us about what we might like, showing us examples of his work and seeing how different metals looked on us before he started to work on designs. Then once we had talked about general outlines, he started to draw out with us some of the specifics so that we really felt part of the process of designing our rings. When they were made we had fittings and he saw us some months later when we wanted one of the rings loosened a little. A complete service, from planning to completion and beyond. Our rings are fantastic, two different rings from different metals, which can link together and have some the same sort of motif. A perfect symbol of our two different personalities coming together. I can't express how happy with the whole process and the outcome I am. Now years later, our rings are still just perfect.
