“We stopped in at this hotel during our road trip- very last minute and unfamiliar with the area but after staying at this hotel we now know that we love Bakersfield California! great hotel. clean. great location and hotel breakfast was included. When we stayed there in April is was very business friendly- I'm not sure if this is always the case or if Bakersfield is known for being a business location but everything was very proper, organized and quiet. We enjoyed our quiet stay and breakfast- only thing that was unfortunate for us was that this hotel is right next to a costco gas station so the line up for gas and the honking horns early in the morning were unpleasant- NOT the hotels fault but if you are staying here hopefully you can get a room on the other side of the hotel- might be a bit quieter :)”

“My son filled out an application here. He was turned down because he didn't have any rental history. He has always lived with family and taken care of family. They wouldn't even give him a chance. They also said that he needed a co signer. That is bull. We are moving out of town so they would not let us co sign which is also bull. This would have been perfect for him. I would rather him live there than in Memphis.”

“Stayed one night here after a concert nearby. Lovely location overlooking Bushy Park. Very comfortable bed. The rooms are like small studio flats with little kitchen area with fridge and microwave with coffee and tea making facilities and milk in fridge. Small but perfectly adequate shower room. I enjoyed my overnight here. ”

“I love staying here. It's always clean. When you walk in the radio is playing on the TV. The living room,kitchen and dining room is one big room. There is two bedrooms. One of them has one double bed. The other one has two single beds perfect for kids. In walking distance is a lovely pub. Also with only about a five minute drive are many restaurants that have amazing food. I forgot to mention how kind the owner is. The owner (Frank) makes sure your stay is wonderful , then he leaves you to settle in. There is always a varse of fresh flowers.”

The first time we stayed the manager went out of his way to help us as we had left something in another Premier Inn we had just come from in another part of London. We were having difficulties and he offered to help. He went above and beyond what was needed. The staff are always friendly, welcoming with a genuine smile, the rooms are always immaculately clean, fresh and comfortable. It's the friendly customer service with a desire to look after you that I love about this place. We will be staying there again.”

The owners were both incredibly friendly and do great work taking in injured animals. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and stocked with more than you'd find at most high end hotels!”
