As we didn't know anything about dogs or puppies she printed us off a question sheet of what to ask the breeder from the Dog's Trust website. She gave us leaflets and told us about the puppy hour and what advice they are trained on in store. Never met anyone so knowledgeable in a customer service role, you can tell that she is passionate about animals and we will definitely be returning as soon as we have puppy. What a delightful little store and superb customer service!”
