We contacted them and they provided excellent and immediate support - thank you James Johnson including a site visit the next day. They recommended a local contractor Modern Waterproofing Ltd who also visited, surveyed and quoted me within 24hrs of calling them. Jarek, provided excellent service way beyond the call of duty. We had two terraces that were leaking as a result of poor workmanship by others and Jarek and his team worked on Sat, Sun and bank holiday Monday to ensure the job was completed urgently. No one would have done this. I am a hard man to please but the product is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and thoroughly recommending Jarek and Modern Waterproofing”
