“ Karen Badger Surbiton 16 Dec 2014 Can’t praise Warren and OTRT enough. Wow.. The finished effect, the great service and whole process. To illustrate by comparison, I paid another company £ 50 to view the job, measure and provide a quote. They showed me a handful of samples and scribbled a quote on the spot and said if I was going to proceed then they would give a written detailed quote. Warren arrived, no charge, spent a few hours LISTENING to me and my ideas. Initially I was looking to have curtains for 3 windows but ended up having the whole house completed. When the project is that big and for someone who had never had curtains made before, it takes times to make sure you have made the right choices that you are going to be happy with for many years. Warren understood this totally, and encouraged me to take my time and there was no rush. In total Warren spent about 7 – 8 hours on different visits, just taking me through the process, discussing ideas, looking at samples, providing ideas and guidance and finally making decisions ensuring that at all times I was comfortable and happy. At all times it was a pleasure and fun to work with Warren. He is extremely professional, friendly, honest, passionate about what he does and genuinely wants the best for his clients. As an added bonus he managed to complete the whole job in about 4 weeks. Although the cost on paper looks a lot of money, it is SO worth it, I had a tight budget but Warren made it work and I feel I got excellent value for money. Don’t hesitate to work with OTRT, you won’t regret it. ”
