“Ray was over when he said he would be and quietly and efficiently dealt with a large wasp nest in our roof. He offered to come back (no charge for second visit) if they showed signs of returning. A week later there was a small sign of some returnees so Ray came again and treated the nest again. He is a very efficient, pleasant man and did an excellent job.”
