Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The kids enjoyed this place so the did the adults. There aren't any arcade games but they have zip lining, several different trampoline areas their is so much for the kids to do. They serve food but it's not a big variety the staff was Friendly. They had several tables that needed wiping down but soon as I brought it to the waitress attention they took care of it right then and there.

My grandson's birthday was hosted here. We had such a sweet lady that helped us with the party. She had an amazing bubbly personality. The layout of the facility is really nice. My only qualm is it could be much cleaner. The carpet was gross and the ball pit balls, some had mold on them.

Best locker system out of any trampoline park I’ve ever been to. It’s an electronic entry where you unlock with touchscreen data. That’s a must for me because I can’t have fun if worried about losing my keys or wallet. The AC was nice and cool (not something to take for granted. I’ve been to some other companies that were so hot that I had to leave early). There were many things to do besides trampolines …zip lining, wall climbing, obstacle course, etc.. I’ve driven to around 10 different trampoline parks so far, and this came out the winner. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricier than the rest, but I find it worth it. Oh, and there really didn’t a designated area for the little ones 6 and under. There’s a lot of kid friendly activities, but the older teens are there too and it makes it a bit confusing sometimes. It didn’t feel as though it were unsafe for anyone though. Still the pros far way outweigh the cons.

The kids had a great time, the activities were fun, they had a zip-line, wall climbing, a ball pit, food area and other fun stuff… I only gave four stars because there were areas that were not lit up very well and personally I like to keep an eye on my children at all times. I noticed other parents trying to spot their children also, (in those areas that were not well lit.) But other than that it was a good experience.
