“The name of the facility itself may be a little misleading (ExpressCare), but this isn't a public clinic like an E.R. or rapidcare. It's a regular doctor's office. The person who gave them a bad review because their husband walked in at 2:30 and expected to be seen that day is ridiculous. I don't know where you can show up without an appointment and demand that a private physician see you immediately. In my case, I had a respiratory infection, called in the morning and made an appointment for later in the day. Compared to the E.R., which can take hours and hours, I was happy with my wait time (I think about one hour), as well as the care I received. There's also a pharmacy next door that has decent prices on prescriptions.”

“Best Dental Center Ever! Dr Shivani and Penny make a great team. Dr Shivani thoroughly explained my dental needs and my treatment plan. I was so impressed with their staff and the playlist was super upbeat while the tv helped me relax. I plan to opt in for nitrous next week when I have my dental work done. I’m not dreading a root canal so much now and who can say that? The soothing environment and expertise of both Penny and Dr Shivani ease my mind. The receptionist was super kind and organized. I forgot to get my prescriptions and she phoned them in for me. I felt really bad calling her 3 minutes before their office closed but she was happy to phone them in. Also I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Oneonta Dental center offers extensive dental care for all of your needs here in Oneonta. Definately the best Dental Center I’m so happy to have discovered.”
