Anniston Museum of Natural History

I have loved this place since I was a child. Took my 8 month old to walk around and look at the birds. If he could talk he would give the waterfall out back and the blue dumpster 10/10. I personally loved all the improvements to the bird trail.

This place is honestly wicked cool! My wife and I took our two year old to do something as a family. I didn’t expect all the giant animals as well as a cave! So worth the $8 per a person. Definitely coming back in the future when the little one can enjoy it a bit more!

today was my first visit to the museum, which i didn’t even know existed until my husband mentioned it the other day. it’s absolutely wonderful and worth a trip. you can go alone, as a couple, or bring your children. there’s something for everyone here. we spent about 3 hours between this building and the berman building. i’m a huge history buff and even i learned a lot today! it’s well worth it and very very inexpensive.

This was an amazing trip down memory lane. My girls absolutely loved coming here. The children's nature area was closed until 2023, so that was the only thing dissappointing about our trip here. I suspect they're updating it. It was clean and well organized. The garden was beautiful to stop and look around after touring the museum. I would definitely recommend coming here for a visit.

Great experience! I honestly expected there to be more people there, but I really enjoyed that there was only 2 other families there. Great exhibits. My son really enjoyed seeing the safari animals and the dinosaur exhibits. We definitely had a blast and plan to return with the rest of the family.
