We had my uncle's funeral here last weekend. Andrea and Kyle were so great to work with! Andrea did such a wonderful job working on my uncle. He looked so good! She was so responsive and took such great care of us! Kyle was friendly and also took time to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend them! Thank you for being so kind and professional at such a difficult time.

My uncle recently passed and our family used Crestview Memorial in Adamsville. Normally our family uses another funeral home down the road but we had a bad experience with them when my grandmother passed away last year. Not to get too morbid but my uncle had an accident and was at the coroners where I had to help my aunt identify him. He didn't look like himself at all and we didn't think we could have his casket open at the service. When we made arrangements with the new manager, Roger, he made us feel very at ease and explained our options. He was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a beautiful casket that was in our budget. He also filed the life insurance policy to help us pay for the service. We ended up being able to do a normal service which is exactly what we wanted. We were afraid with the way he looked, and with covid that we wouldn't be able to have a normal service but they assured us that they sanitize the whole funeral home everytime there's a service or visitation and everybody would be wearing masks and social distancing. His whole staff was really kind and really on top of their game and I didn't see a single employee without a mask, even when we went to the cemetery. Another one of their employees, Andrea, waited hand and foot on us throughout our visitation, she opened the door for everybody who came in and out, allowed us to stay late and visit with family that was late getting in from out of state and was so good to our aunt who was having a really hard time. We got to talking and it turns out she is new and was about to graduate mortuary school. She's going to be a great funeral director one day. And Kyle helped us with getting the military to the service and I can't describe how beautiful it was how they folded the flag and played taps. My uncle was a great man and deserved a beautiful send off like that. We did end up leaving his casket open during the visitation and chapel service and I couldn't believe how good he looked. He looked like himself and the man I remember and nothing how he looked at the morgue. The rest of my family didn't even know there was anything wrong with him. These people up here have God given talents. I don't know what all it takes to make a person with trauma like that look normal again but they were able to work miracles and I thank the Lord that they can. It gave us all closure that I was afraid we wouldn't get since some of my family haven't seen my uncle in years and they were able to say their goodbyes the right way.

My only issue is they are higher by a little bit more than some of the other places around town. When my grandma died, we didn't have a great experience at the place down the road (I won't name names) but they were cheaper. I think this is one of the situations where you get what you pay for.

I am the managing Funeral director ,Embalmer and a Pre-need specialist here at Crestview Memorial Funeral Home. It is an honor to work for a funeral home that allows me to display my best attributes which is caring for hurting families and directing them through the entire grieving process. I also have the pleasure to help families pre-plan the most difficult day of their loved ones life and make it a little easier to cope with. I would love to be able to meet more people in the community of Adamsville and neighboring communities. The families that come through our doors are our number one priority. It is an honor and privilege to care for your loved ones. Thank you
