  Dr Kitchens is an excellent doctor. She is very personable and listens to everything you have to say. She and her staff are very efficient and we had almost no wait time. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a urologist.

  The staff was very professional and friendly. As a matter of fact I did find that the signage was inadequate, but the friendly staff member took time out to direct me to the Urology Dept. My Dr.was very patient with me. I was uncomfortable talking about my issues and she waited and listen to every fumbling word
  Ater I finally finished she asked me a few non invasive questions and I felt safe and confident that I was in the right place to get help with my issues
  My enjoyable visit prompted me to call my sister in California to tell her about my visit.
  Also, the hospital was very clean and tidy. With that I was very impressed because today was the first time I had been to Medical West.

  Absolutely a great provider. Takes time to explain everything as well as has a great interest in the patient as well as an absolutely great bed side manner.
