I recently had a major warranty claim and Bradly Kilmury did everything in their power to get my car repaired and returned to me in better than new condition. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the progress as the work was being performed. All the way from the Owner to the Service Manager, Service Writers, and the Technicians were the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have dealt with in a Dealership. 2020 Ram 1500. I was treated extremely well beginning with the first phone call to after-sale assistance and questions. There was no sales pressure and I felt the whole staff had my interest in mind.

You want a dealership that truly cares about earning your business, then this is the one. We stopped in one day to get an idea of what we were looking for, not quite ready to buy yet. Justin came out and introduced himself, he was super nice & did not put any pressure on us at all. A short time later one of the owners, Mr. Brady, walked out to the other side of the parking lot to meet us. Apparently this is something he tries to do with every customer. It made an impression. When we were ready to buy a couple of weeks later, we went back and were treated like they truly wanted our business. We went back there specifically because of the impression Mr. Brady & Justin made on us. The sales manager Rick worked with us to make sure we got the deal we were happy with. Mrs. Marion in finance was a delight to work with too. The whole experience was refreshing from my start to finish. We highly recommend them!

I had a unique trade request and shopped around 3 different dealerships in total, the folks here were the only ones to actually try and put a deal together and make a transaction. To be honest Ram trucks were never on my radar but after driving a few and doing some research into the packages and options I found one I liked that worked with the math. Everyone i dealt with through the process was nice and helpful and I'd certainly consider shopping with them again as i expand my business and buy some fleet trucks.

Great parts and service department. So good in fact, I ended buying a new vehicle because they met me more than half way. Quite unusual in automotive sells. Also, I was impressed by the lack of dealer add ons and attempts to increase buyer's expenses out the door. Good management!
