I brought my car to Jerry’s because I was having problems with some sensors in my transmission. He had my car for about a month due to just being so busy, (I believe due to an increase in demand due to COVID-19) but he was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with and fixed my car with no problems! He came highly recommended and did not disappoint me! Reasonably priced and excellent service!
My dad Jeff Griffith worked here for probably over 15 years and I grew up with the guys that are running Jerry's now and everyone there is always so friendly they are upfront and honest with you about what you need and the cost they are one place that I will go for all of my mechanical needs because they don't try to get over on you as I have had a lot of other businesses do that just because I am a female I really respect Jerry and Daniel and I will continue to go here as long as they are open
Based on what another transmission shop told me, I was prepared to buy a new transmission. Jerry told me about an inexpensive additive that I should try first. He helped me add it and my transmission works fine now. He is honest and knowledgeable. I am now a loyal customer.
