  Every Clerk I've dealt with here is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I especially appreciate that when I have packages to mail, I get suggestions on options that will save me money. The facility is always well stocked with supplies and immaculate. Emmett Post Office is exceptional.

  Was sending a special package to a family member. It had tracking so I got an email that it was undeliverable. I could not get in touch with the family member because she was having severe health problems and was not answering her phone because she was in doctor's offices. I called the post office and explained my problem. He told me that he could keep it for 10 days and to give me a call when I found out what the correct address was and redeliver. He gave me several possible reasons that it might be wrong, ideas to track it down and was so very nice. It turns out that she was staying with friends so the address was not under her name and she had transposed the numbers on the street address. I called a friend of hers and got the last name of the people she was staying with then called the post office back. He found the name in their records and he spotted the incorrect number. It was delivered two hours later! I was frantic and he calmed me down and got it delivered. My husband said because of his patience and attitude he deserved 10 stars if we could!

  Steve White is the greatest! They put a roof on 8 years ago. Very professional. Roof looks great and workmanship is excellent. Twice after major storms Steve has come out and checked the roof for damage. He adds tar, puts nails in and makes sure all shingles are in place and does not charge us. I recommend Bill White roofing and will use them again!

  Bill White Roofing & Specialty Company exceeded our expectations when replacing our roof, installing a sky light, replacing soffit, repairing dormers and rebuilding our chimney. Steve White, the project manager, has a keen eye for detail and he ensured that our new roof, dormers, and chimney were securely wrapped and protected and all materials were thoroughly, professionally installed. He kept us informed on how the project was progressing. If a problem arose during the project, Steve took the time to explain in detail the problem and what options were available. His team was dependable and professional and we are very pleased with their quality of workmanship. Each and every day, Steve’s team arrived when we expected them and thoroughly cleaned up all areas before leaving. We met with many roofers and contractors, as well as, reviewed many bids before deciding on Bill White Roofing & Specialty Co. They reasonably priced our project and they came highly recommended.
