(February 10, 2021, 9:59 am)I enjoy it, I usually go early morning for lower crowd value. But I wish mask wearing would be enforced. Some of the guest lack sanitation, they cough in their hands and then use the machines without wiping down. During this pandemic it makes coming uneasy sometime. I usually try to stay distant from others. But overall it's a nice place. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

(February 7, 2021, 7:56 pm)I always have excellent customer service at planet fitness,also everything is always working never nothing more up or you can't get on due to maintenance problems! I'm very pleased with my choice of coming to the bessemer planet fitness!

(January 17, 2021, 7:39 pm)The reps are friendly. The area is always clean. The weights are always re-racked and in the correct location, which is not the case for some Planet Fitness locations that I have been to. Overall, it is a really nice gym.
