(October 29, 2021, 11:25 am)This is my go-to Dunkin. I don't know how they get drinks and food out the window as fast as they do. Sometimes the line is completely wrapped around the building, and they still just keep pumping product out and keep everything moving. They seldom have mistakes with my orders, and I always have 3-4 drinks and one of mine is stupid complicated. The staff treats me like they know me. I drive out of the way to come here when there is a location less than half a mile from my house!

Every morning i go there....which is every single morning.... the coffee is great, the line is fast even when its wrapped around the building and cars are on the street, and the ppl are always friendly. I always get my coffee made exactly how i want it and im happy. However i stopped multiple times on my way home from work to get a pick me up after a long day at work and the coffee was wrong and not even really hot. I started visiting the monroe store after work because i was wasting money throwing the coffee away from the cincinnati dayton rd store in the afternoon. I'd say dont bother going there in the afternoon after 4 but the morning is awesome.

(September 2, 2021, 11:55 am)Excellent Experience. Sitting inside in morning daylight with plenty of sunshine. It reminds me old hey days. What an Experience! Coffee and begal with cream cheese is on the best simplest breakfast we prefer. Especially with someone you inspire you and encourage you all the time. It was really busy but the staff was efficient and ahead of the time. Very proactive. Friendly and professional. The bathroom was clean and tidy.
