  Very nice residence. Glad my husband and I chose to rent here. Exceptional neighborhood and the staff seems very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to live in anchorage.

  My exceptions have been exceeded immensely! This is by far my most favorite place I have rented. The staff/property manager are always friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference to have positive attitudes from the staff, even just a simple "hello! how are you?" The housing is also wonderful. I have plenty of room to live comfortably with my wife and belongings. If there was an option to give this place extra stars, on the five star scale, I would add many more stars. Please keep up the great work!

  The staffing and office continuously met and exceeded expectations. The level of professionalism and responsiveness in every encounter is something to be noted. The facilities seemed to have been able to use a physical upgrade and maybe an increase in size to further accommodate incoming residents, but still remain a top choice for me, given I relocate to Anchorage.

  Between two leases, I have nearly put close to 15 years living at the Club Apartments. This year in particular (2021), I felt it necessary to post a review on their behalf. The management and staff have greatly improved at this location. I wouldn't say it was ever bad, but there was constant changeover it seemed every time I went for a lease renewal, the staff was completely different. Not so much the case anymore.
  
  The staff now has been the most friendliest and kind to me than any other and it warrants a good review. I've had troubles financially with issues concerning finance and having to profession swap due to COVID, and the staff eagerly worked with me without making things more difficult. Big shout out to the manager for that act of kindness there. They certainly didn't have to do that for me.
  
  Overall, in my experience, this is a great place to start out on your own for the first time and the experience these days has never been better. And it's an even better place to continue to live.
  
  The only complaints I'd have about living here only stem from certain particular neighbors (Neighbors not picking up after pets, people parking in your designated spots, certain few but not all being rowdy/noisy). But I would certainly not place their behavior the fault of the facilities of the Club. In fact, they give friendly monthly reminders NOT to do these things (especially if they intensify) and if you formally administer a complaint yourself, they are very fast to respond and address the situation.
  
  On the more positive side of things, the staff here reaches out to the community via e-mail and newsletters door-to-door very often and it shows they care about their community. They post about events they hold, often encourage feedback openly, and post community-wide newsletters to their public, especially if a pet gets lost and their owner needs help to find it.
  
  Aside from being a pet-friendly facilities, you also have access to laundry facilities and to a workout room, just to name a few as far as good perks to look for in deciding where to lease. This place goes the extra mile.
  
  I've had my fair share of locations all around the city, and there's a reason why I came back to this one.

  Ashford is a great place with great customer service. I have used her for years because of the care and the quality of her work when it come to tailor fitting a person.
