    I was having a huge problem with a GW preorder that got lost. I called the store in a last ditch effort to try and get my hands on it and they were happy to hold onto a copy of their new box set for me and gave me advice on how to work with their HQ's customer service in the UK.
    The Birmingham GW was a life saver for me today!

    Staff treat you like family and very knowledgeable in the products and helping you learn either how to play or paint. Even those who hang out at the store are very helpful and awesome. Highly recommend this store.

    I was welcomed as someone new to the wargaming hobby.

    If you just go to this store thinking it is a generic comic/card shop, you are going to have a bad time.

    Understand that they are first and foremost a game store surrounding Games Workshop brand products and as such will try and push these products onto you.

    However, they were incredibly insightful and helpful when it comes to game knowledge and helping me paint my first mini. I will be coming back here to buy my stuff.
