  I rented at CoolBox for 4 months and they are the best place my family and I have ever stayed! The staff is so nice and are more than willing to help! I highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to rent a storage unit whether for long or short term. My favorite things had to be the easy access to many entrances, gated, and the large elevators that easily fit bed frames and other large furniture.

  I highly recommend CoolBox's Liberty Park location. Clean, multiple points of access, and well supplied with furniture moving equipment. The climate control is superior, and the price is very reasonable.

  Great experience! If we need a self storage unit again in the future, we will be returning to this location. Stacey (the operator) was very responsive in getting us setup, answering any questions we had, and then provided an easy experience terminating our unit when we no longer needed it.

  Highly recommended! Nice, CLEAN, new facility with easy access anytime. Rates are competitive. Stacey goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need. When we were moving out, we thought we might have a few things left over that we would retrieve at a later date, and she offered to let us move them to a smaller unit and adjust the rent accordingly. We ended up not needing to do that, but when we moved out our final month was prorated, which saved us quite a bit.
  
  She also picked up some boxes for me from their other location and brought them to the Overton store, which saved me a few dollars and some time and miles compared to buying the same type of box at a hardware store.
  
  I had an excellent experience overall; great people to work with!

  We have moved several customers into this facility since it has opened, and every last one of them has nothing to say but great things about Michelle and Stacey! Even our own staff comes back to the office with excellent remarks on how they are treated. On several occasions they have brought our movers water when it was hot and coffee in the morning. To know that our employees are treated with such kindness makes me compelled to share our wonderful experience with CoolBox. From each and every employee here at Easy Moves we just wanted to say thank you!
