His personality is just outstanding, he always in a great mood, greets you with a smile, he is courteous and kind. (December 24, 2019, 5:05 am)I’ve been here twice. Each time I’ve been the service was excellent. New Metro Auto is a great place to get an oil change, replace door, and tires mounted. Mr. Ward is a very knowledgeable mechanic. I would have to say this is one of the best automotive shop in Birmingham. Each time was a great experience.
