(November 24, 2015, 4:40 pm)This was probably the most painless part of the wedding planning. They were great! I was wary at first because the fitting process was a whirlwind (the whole thing took 15 minutes). But the final product was amazing! It fit like a glove. I almost backed out of having the cleaning done because it wasn't that bad, but boy am I glad I didn't. It looks brand new! I will definitely be going back for preservation. I'm a bride on a tight and tiny budget and they took a secondhand dress and made me feel like a princess. And finally, the turnaround was so fast. I brought it in on Saturday and it was done on Wednesday. Much quicker than the estimate they gave me. Overall, a great experience and if I could give them 6 stars, I would.
