  Minuet Senior Apts. In Las Vegas are truly wonderful. The property is part of the Ovation Property Mgmt. Janine Lindsey, Community Manager is absolutely gifted at her job. She is always professional, kind and supportive. As is her entire staff. The bldgs are clean, the tenants are charming. It's a great family atmosphere.

  I moved in to Minuet Senior Living Apts. in November. When I first arrived I was totally impressed and in awe of the cleanliness of the place, as well as the decor. Then I had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff. Lacie and Janine are true gems. Every time I see them they are always very professional and well as personable. Not only are they always nicely dressed and beautiful, there inner beauty is the most important. They also genuinely care about the renters here. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff working here. I am proud to call Minuet my home! :-)

  The Apartment complex is clean and very well-kept. The staff is amazing and very helping. I had the pleasure of working with Lacie. She was very nice, respectable, and very helpful. This place is definitely a hidden gem. I want to give a special thanks all the staff members, office and grounds crew for putting forth a great effort to make this place so amazing.

  I love living at minuet apartments. My apartment is gorgeous inside and out. I'm always made to feel welcome by Janine, Lacie, Britney and Chris with a "hello" and a smile :) Chris sometimes adds a song and dance. Growing closer and like family.

  I really enjoy living here at Minuet. The apartments are very nice . The management team is very friendly and always put your needs first.. If you need work done in your apartment maintenance is right there. Lacie and Janine are the best. Make you feel right at home.
