  I have lived in my fair share of apartments and as I’ve recently closed on a house I must say Woodmere Creek has been my favorite place to live thus far. I never had any problems with my time here and noticed management cared about their property and tenants. The property was always groomed and kept looking nice. It was a quiet place to live right in the middle of a nice Vestavia neighborhood where you aren’t bothered by major Through traffic. Cindy was always a pleasure and easy to work with as well as maintenance. It’s nice to live somewhere where management provides a good experience and takes care of their property. Good Job Woodmere and to anyone looking I’d recommend WoodmereCreek all day. Thank you !

  I moved into Woodmere Creek about 4 months ago. Since then, I have had nothing but a great experience. I am a recent college graduate, and there are a lot of people similar to my age, which is great because I have been able to make new friends. The maintenance staff is fantastic. Anytime I have had a problem, I submit a maintenance request, and they immediately work to help fix everything (they even replaced my light-bulbs that I cannot reach!). I also love it here because we get free service from pest control which is so nice to know that they will routinely come spray your apartment for bugs upon request. I love my apartment, the environment, customer service, and utilities provided in the facility. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

  I lived at Woodmere for 4 years. I loved my time there. Management was incredible. Cindy took great care of any need I had, as well as the rest of management. Everyone is very friendly. Could not recommend this place enough! It was a great transition place from my college years into adulthood.

  Maintenance guys and property manager are fantastic! Had my ac go out last month and they were super prompt and unproblematic. I’ve lived here over a year and have never had any issues. I’ve lived in the studio here, and for a studio it was surprisingly roomy and comfortable. This year I moved into a two bedroom here and I'm also super satisfied with the space and I love having a fireplace. They also have recently been scheduling food trucks to come out a couple times a week which has been very convenient.
  Lastly, the location is great - you’re right next to Columbiana, 31, and 65, but since the property is so wooded you feel secluded while still being close to everything.
