“Very friendly staff. This was my first visit. Clean and welcoming place to work out. It's been a while since I have worked out, so this was a great choice so far. I signed up after seeing a $0 startup fee ad and figured why not. While signing up I find out that they slip in an annual fee that they failed to mention in the ad. It wasn't due immediately, but it would be nice to be up front about pricing. I consider this deceptive advertising. Despite the fee, it's a great deal. There is no reason to hide the extra fee in my opinion.”

I have been going here for a long time and I am not one to get adjusted manually so I request the pro adjuster sigma instrument. I highly recommend this if you are not a fan of manual body cracking or neck adjusting. My daughter on the other hand prefers that method and she also goes here. I also appreciate Lauren, who works up front, who sends me a text message the day before my appointment and a reminder the day of and is always welcoming. You can also get massages here and Mistie knows her stuff and always manages to work out the knots ! My time is valuable and I never have to wait on my scheduled appointment time. Give them a try, your body will appreciate it !”
