Although my unit is older, they don’t try to sell me parts I don't need. I trust them. And Big Number 1 is literally the best MANAGED small business I've ever been in. Each area is clearly its own profit center, the phones get answered before one ring, and consistent follow up with outgoing phone calls happen regularly. And I get the feeling that the owner rewards individual performance with higher pay. That's a reward and accountability system intertwined. The brands are excellent, the hours are long, and the employees get a break as they are closed on Sunday AND Monday. Conveniently located by I 65, they make doing business fun. See for yourself.”

“After successful TKR surgery I developed other medical issues. Dr Cockrell was recommended to help diagnose the root cause of said issue. He took as much time as needed with each visit in hospital, explained tests he ordered well and was concise and informative in explaining the results. He is clearly an accomplished scientist/cardiologist, but never lost his sense of awe re the amazing way our bodies are thought out and put together by a Higher Power (Ps139). Though English is not my first language and I felt vulnerable and was in pain, dr Cockrell treated both my husband and me with great respect at all times. Thank you dr!”
