“12/2020 update: still love it here. Moved in 8/2020 and haven’t had a single problem besides tiny maintenance needs (expected with old buildings) and they are SO FAST to fix anything. Not sure I would rent from anyone else really. Rent from these people!! 8/2020 : This has been my first rental experience ever - and I’m SO happy we decided to go with Dwell. I have friends who use them as well and I have heard nothing but good news. Such a relief after touring multiple other properties in the area with no luck. They are super quick to try to resolve maintenance issues, they’ve even reached out to me to make sure things were resolved before I even had the chance to contact someone. We moved in 3 weeks ago and are so in love with the place. The entire process was pretty simple, our neighbors are great, the neighborhood is wonderful and really haven’t had any trouble with parking. And they’re pet friendly! I love coming home from work and seeing everyone’s cute puppies and cats lounging in the windows ??”

Our both our heat and air went out at the same time this Winter, and having Lupus and Raynaud's disease (causes some areas of my body such as your fingers and toes to feel numb and cold in the slightest of cool environments), it became very uncomfortable very fast. Having been in customer service for over 25yrs, I consider customer service experience a "deal" or "deal-breaker" from the moment a representative greets me. A representative (Chris) arrived early the next morning, and with a smile no less! He was very knowledgeable about various products, professional (masked and wearing shoe covers), patient and caring about our situation. He assured me that Stability Mechanical would exhaust every option to assist us, and that's just what they did! Not only did he and "Kam" (in office rep) work hard together to get us financed, but the actual owner briefly joined them on the phone and encouraged them to work with our budget to at least get the "heat" working. It was then, that I knew we had the best of Birmingham! But, that was not all. They were able to get us financed for and entire new HVAC Unit within our budget! Daniel and Drew were both very pleasant and very knowledgeable, as they answered every question I had. Together they installed a new HVAC unit in our home on Friday. Based on my experience with Stability Mechanical, the above ratings are accurate! Thank you (Chris, Kam, Daniel, Drew, Turk and of course Joe).”

“This review is in relation to the Funeral Home Staff and specifically our funeral director, Ms. Sandra May. When families are at their most vulnerable, it is at these time that a gentle, kind, and caring person becomes so important. When my father passed away, Ms. May and the rest of the staff treated our family with respect and they worked very hard to help guide us through the most difficult time of my mother's life. They did not try to push us to purchase things nor try to play on our grief, but instead they listened to what mattered the most to us and then helped us to achieve those goals. Even though the funeral home was extremely busy and Ms. May probably had about 100 other things on her "to-do" list, she never rushed us or made us feel like we were bothering her. The services provided by the funeral home and by the staff were above and beyond and I would highly recommend Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens as your choice for funeral services.”

“I worked with Cole Jones in getting a quote for our roof. Cole was responsive, on time, and thorough with his appointment, inspection and sitting down with us about the condition of the roof and options for a roof replacement. Sandy followed up with scheduling the roof replacement and all the paperwork which was in fantastic order. Blair showed up on the job, arranged for good weather (just kidding) and did what they said they would do when they said they would do. The knowledge, expertise and quality was evident at the end and we are very satisfied with our roof. It has been four months and not a single leak and they also replaced our gutters. It was a pleasure working with them.”
