Hayden is the perfect mix of hard working, strong, detailed and down to earth. She will help you reach your goals and have fun w you while doing it. I have seen it w every person she trains. No one is ever afraid to cheer you on and push you to go harder(within your limits). Offer workouts for ALL skills levels whether you are new to crossfit or working out in general. Mephobia has the best prices I have ever seen at a Crossfit gym.

(May 31, 2018, 12:51 pm)Love this place, no matter what your fitness level they help modify every workout to suit you best. I am currently 9 months pregnant and every time I go in the coaches make sure I am able to participate with the class. They treat you like family here! So much support.

They are there for you, from weightlifting to nutrition and every goal in between! This place has become a group of friends. They make me get up and push myself to do things I use to think wasn't possible. I like the different class times, Mon- Sat. It makes it possible to work around any schedule. Great gym, great people! The place to crossfit in town!!! I owe the shape I'm in now to Crossfit Mephobia.
