(November 12, 2018, 4:47 am)I got my hand cut Southern Market ribeye steak that I rubbed down with olive oil/fresh cracked pepper and wrapped in their thick cut hickory bacon. It was the most tender ribeye I EVER HAD!! I cut it with a fork. Local Christian family owned and operated. Absolutely awsome customer service as they brought out to me a ribeye per my rather finicky requirements for a proper steak.
