  Our family has had six pets fixed and vaccinated here and we couldn't be more thrilled with the service. The prices are beyond reasonable and the service is top notch. None of our pets have had a single issue. The scars for the spays can't even be seen after a few weeks! It can be difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment and they schedule quite a bit of time out, but it's definitely worth any extra hassle.

  I never write reviews, however my experience with Pittsburgh Spay and Neuter required a review in my opinion. I will be the first to admit, I was hesitant when it was suggested to me to take my puppy here to be neutered; after all, how can a Vet’s office be inexpensive and still provide quality care. THEY CAN AND THEY DO! Dr. Morgan and her surgical technician, Sarah, are BEYOND exceptional professionals and human beings. After dropping my pup off for surgery, I received a phone call that he may have a condition that could make going under anesthesia riskier than usual. Not only did Dr. Morgan perform a thorough exam that alerted her to his issue, but it was brought to my attention and I was given suggestions on how to proceed. Sarah took the time to speak to me and even console me when I became emotional. It is obvious Dr. Morgan and Sarah take the well being of their patients seriously and I couldn’t be more thankful. I will not only be a returning client with my pets for vaccines and future spays/ neuters, but I will be telling everyone I know what an incredible establishment Dr. Morgan and her staff provide. Thank you again Dr. Morgan and Sarah, I can’t express enough how thankful and appreciative I am of the two of you.

  I would recommend this clinic to everyone and anyone. Really goes to show, don’t judge a book by its cover. The staff were all so great - we just recently rescued our German shepherd and she is still anxious. Staff were reassuring and didn’t even blink an eye when she was barking her head off. We could tell she was well taken care of. Her incision is small and so straight. They even followed up the next day asking about her. I can’t say enough good things about the staff we interacted with. Thank you for taking care of our pup. We’ll be back!!

  They were all so kind and made me feel so at ease about my puppy’s spaying, assuring me they would make her feel extra comfortable during the whole process. She healed beautifully - you cannot even see her scar only a month later. And even better, at SUCH A GREAT PRICE! I would highly recommend :)

  The employees here are extremely kind and warm. Every single person I spoke to and interacted with was extremely informed, well spoken and delightful. Although this is a routine procedure, I was still nervous. This was my first time having a pet spayed or undergoing any major surgery. I felt well informed and did not need to ask any further questions. They consulted with me before doing anything additional to the procedure. I felt relieved that I chose this establishment because of their amazing care for my pet. Thank you so much for making this an easy process for a first time doggie mom!
