(April 30, 2019, 12:13 pm)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were with John for several years and had great service, but we switched to a different agent after moving to a new city. After asking for a policy from them for a week, they couldn't get it to us because they were 'too busy.' I called John and asked him if we could come back even though we no longer lived in the area and he added us back into his system, had written up a policy and gotten the necessary documents to our mortgage company ALL WITHIN 40 MINUTES, and the other agent couldn't get it done in a week!!! I highly recommend John- the customer service just can't be beat!
