Vestavia Reserve

Vestavia Reserve is by far one of the best apartments around Birmingham. From the curb appeal to the amazing staff , it is by far top notch. A property can’t run without a good staff though and this property manager, Casey, And the rest of her team have done an excellent job at making this truly an amazing property to be at. I highly recommend Vestavia Reserve for all your apartment living needs.

I have been living here for several months and I love it. The gym is amazing and I look forward to the swimming pool this summer. The office staff is super friendly and attentive to any and all the questions I had when I first moved in. Jessica, Casey, and Megan made my move in an incredible experience. The maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful as wel . I highly reccomend.

We just moved out, and are honestly sad to have left this apartment complex! We LOVED the walking trails, the active community, the pool, and proximity to Lifetime. We made tons of friends through the community there, and Ashley in the office was always super incredible to work with! Our apartment had some one in a million issues and maintenance was on top of it - JR was incredible. Super dog friendly, too! We'll miss y'all!

Great apartment complex, apartment are new and up to date. Repairs, when needed, are fast and painless. The office staff are always gracious, accommodating, and happy to help. Very quiet, I lived here for 18 months and only heard any neighbors a handful of times. Highly recommended. Great for pets too!
